What is your product guarantee? Back To Top
  • Our 30 day guarantee warrants that products do not contain manufacturing defects, and, if the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during the 30 day time period, we will either replace the product or issue you a refund/credit equal to the value of the failed product. Superfrog reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not the failed product is covered by our guarantee.
How durable are the banners? Back To Top
  • Our ink is UV resistant for up to 3 years.
  • Our vinyl material is outdoor durable for up to 3-5 years (can vary based on climate/conditions).
Do the banners come with holes so I can hang or attach them? Back To Top
  • All of our banners come with grommets punched on the top and bottom every two feet, making them easier to hang/display.
Do you offer any sizes and shapes of your products other than those listed on the website? Back To Top
  • The sizes and shapes listed on our website our the most commonly purchased. If you have a specific need that is not listed on our site, please contact us and we will let you know if there are other options.
Do the product colors look exactly like the image displayed on my monitor? Back To Top
  • Due to different monitor calibrations, some printed colors may not always match the colors displayed on your computer monitor.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR BANNER
What kind of image should I use for a logo or clipart? Back To Top
  • To use a logo, or some type image created by a graphics professional from solid lines and colors (specifically called 'vector art'), then EPS is the best choice. By using an EPS file in your design, you can retain the sharp lines in your original image, even if the file size you use is very small. If you do not have access to an EPS file, then GIF or PNG file formats will provide you with the next best print quality. Try to find the highest quality image with a file size less than 4 Megabytes (4 MB).

  • If you're using a photograph, then you should use a good resolution JPG image. Again, try to find the highest quality image with a file size less than 4 Megabytes (4 MB).
How can I tell if my image is good? Back To Top
  • One way to see the quality of your image is to open it in a image viewer. Zoom in on the image, or enlarge it a great deal, and see if the image is very grainy. This is a good indication of a poor quality image. In general, it is good practice to find the highest quality image you can.

How do you decide the 'recommended size' for my image, and the 'viewable distance'? Back To Top
  • These calculations are based on the resolution (dots per inch, or DPI) of the image you provide. Providing a higher resolution image means a larger image will look better at a closer distance. More technically, our designer first examines the DPI of the image you provide. Then, based on that DPI, some mathematical formulas and our own experience, we insert the image into your banner at the maximum size that will likely give you a clean, high-quality image when viewed at a distance of several feet. We must assume that the image you provide 'looks good' to start with, as the only factor used when calculating the recommended physical size is the actual resolution (DPI) of the image you provide.

  • Once you have submitted your order, and order confirmation containing your final order total, billing, contact and shipment information will be emailed to you.
What if I didn't receive my order confirmation? Back To Top
  • If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please check your junk email folder or spam filter.
May I make a correction to my order after it has been submitted? Back To Top
  • Since most orders are transmitted to our designer or production staff immediately upon submission, it is sometimes difficult to make corrections or changes to the custom jobs that are submitted for printing. If you have just placed your order, and want to check if changing it is possible, please contact us immediately at 218-236-7000

  • Yes, we offer volume discounts for large orders. Please contact us to inquire about special discount rates.
How do you determine pricing for banner orders? Back To Top
  • We base our prices off of several different factors:
    • Vinyl Material- We use a 13oz Vinyl Banner Material to provide you with a high-quality banner.
    • Print Quality- We use a top-of-the-line Roland printer, digitally printing Banners at 1440dpi for best resolution.
    • Size- Our banners come in many different sizes to accommodate your needs. The general rule is, the larger the banner, the more it costs.
    • Standard vs. Custom Banners- If you order a Standard Stock Vinyl Banner, the prep work is done, and in some cases the banner is sitting in it's package ready to be shipped. These tend to be slightly less expensive than our Custom Banners, where you can add custom text, photos, logo, or provide your own layout- this takes some prep work and therefore is more expensive.
SHIPMENT/ DELIVERY
What is your turnaround time? Back To Top
  • This varies for our different products:
    • Banners will usually ship within 1-2 business days, but we set expectations of a 2 business day turnaround- this can become extended if there are any issues with Custom Banners.
    • Custom Printing or Engraved Signage can take up to two weeks to ship, depending on quantities and specific requests.
    • Tradeshow Displays and Banner Stands can ship within two business days, or take up two weeks depending on product, specifications, graphics added and quantities- please check with us before ordering if there are time constraints.
    • Indoor and Outdoor Display Systems will usually ship between 3-5 business days for the smaller items and 2-3 weeks for the larger Display Systems- please check with us before ordering if there are time constraints.
Is there a way to put a rush on my order? Back To Top
  • Yes, for products like Banners and Banner Stands, we can work with you on rushing your order if necessary- please contact us.
My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done? Back To Top
