Online Ordering Process
| When placing an
online order for Banners, Banner Stands,
and other Custom Signs and Prints with
Superfrog Signs & Graphics, the ordering
process is quite simple: |

- Make
desired selection by
finding the Banner/Stand/Sign/Print
of preference
- Select the
drop down menu above "Add to
Cart" for specific product
options, sizes, etc.
- Select "Add
to Cart"
- Follow
the Checkout instructions,
choosing payment and shipping method
- Please take
note of order number for
uploading artwork in next step
- It will also
be sent in an email immediately
following order submission to
the email address provided at
checkout

Upload Artwork
to our private and secure
"YouSendIt" account for a fast and
safe file transfer- click
here to start upload
- You will
notice it says sending file to
"Signs, Banners & Graphics" -
that is our YouSendIt account
- In Subject
line, please input email or
conversation subject or order
number for easy tracking
- In Comments
section, provide any special
instructions
- Files that
print the best are .eps or .ai
(in version 10 or lower). We can
also print high resolution .pdf,
.tif, and .jpg formats
- Customer
supplied files are printed as
they are received so we cannot
guarantee color, clarity of
final output as we are just
printing the supplied files and
have not set them up
- We print in
C, M, Y, K colors - Please keep
this in mind when submitting
files for printing as color tone
shifting may happen if file is
submitted in R, G, B (If there
is a specific PMS color needed,
please specify this when
submitting order)
- If we are
cutting vinyl for your order, we
will be able to match the color
based on what you have provided
us. If you have a specific color
need and you are not confident
on what you have in your
artwork, please add that in the
Comments section while uploading
artwork

Proofs
can be emailed for your approval- if
a proof is required, please request
one in the Comments section while
uploading artwork (we will email it
back within two business days making
every attempt to do it within the
next 24 business hours)
- If a
customer is concerned about
their final output, we will be
happy to do a test print for a
nominal fee prior to final order
if requested
- We guarantee
the accuracy of your order as
shown on your final proof-
However, we cannot guarantee
color accuracy due to the
variations of computer displays
